In 2008, two sisters from Virginia sold their Illinois-shaped cornflake on eBay for $1,350. The winner of the auction, which lasted for more than a week, wanted to add the unique cornflake to his traveling museum.

Water left by Elvis Presley

In December 2004, water that was said to have been left in a cup Elvis Presley once drank from was sold for $455. The few tablespoons came from a plastic cup Presley supposedly sipped at a concert in North Carolina in 1977.

Ad space on man´s forehead

Web developer Andrew Fischer decided to auction his forehead as an ad space for a temporary tattoo. Fisher´s forehead was bought by a company called SnoreStop for staggering $37,375 in 2005.
